GLINTARY is a brand of Skylumina GmbH. GLINTARY is a brand and sports-market research service of the above legal entity.
2. Scope and acceptance
These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the GLINTARY website, public research pages, public ledger, market notes, methodology materials, verification tools, newsletters and other free informational content made available through glintary.com and any expressly identified GLINTARY-operated channel.
By accessing or using the website, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with them, you should not use the website.
Additional terms may apply to future accounts, paid memberships, APIs, downloadable datasets, alerts or other commercial services. No paid GLINTARY membership is offered under this version of the Terms.
3. Information and research service only
GLINTARY provides general sports-market information, editorial research, data presentation, market-price observations, historical records and analytical opinions.
GLINTARY is not a bookmaker, casino, betting exchange or gambling operator; not an intermediary that accepts, transmits, arranges, places or settles wagers; not a custodian of user money, betting balances or stakes; not a provider of personal financial, legal, tax, medical, addiction-treatment or individualised betting advice; and not an agent acting on behalf of any bookmaker or user.
No wager can be placed through GLINTARY. GLINTARY does not participate in a user's winnings or losses.
4. No recommendation tailored to individual circumstances
All information is general and is not adapted to any user's personal finances, location, legal status, risk tolerance, betting history, health or other individual circumstances.
A published position reflects GLINTARY's research view of a market and price at a stated time. It is not an instruction that any particular user should place a wager.
Users remain solely responsible for determining whether they may lawfully access a particular operator or market, whether the stated market is available to them, and whether any use of the information is appropriate for their circumstances.
5. No guarantee of accuracy or outcome
Sports events and sports markets are uncertain. Information may be incomplete, delayed, mistranslated, superseded or incorrect. Team selections, injuries, weather, scheduling, market rules, operator prices, limits and event status may change without notice.
GLINTARY does not guarantee that any position will win; that any stated probability or fair-price range is correct; that a recorded price remains available; that a market is offered in every country or by every operator; that an operator will accept a wager, a particular stake or any wager at all; uninterrupted or error-free access to the website; or positive returns over any period.
Past results, closing-line performance, model outputs and historical market data do not guarantee future results.
6. Recorded prices, market sources and regional availability
A recorded price is a market price observed by GLINTARY or a data provider at a stated time, for a stated market and, where available, a stated operator or source region.
A recorded price does not mean that every visitor could access that operator; that the operator was licensed in every visitor's country; that the price was available for an unlimited period or an unlimited stake; that the operator would necessarily accept the transaction; or that the same market rules applied at all operators.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, market prices are presented as reference market information. Availability varies by jurisdiction, operator, account status, limits, event rules and time.
GLINTARY may display a global reference price, a market consensus, an acceptable-price threshold or a region-specific executable price as separate data points. These terms must not be treated as interchangeable.
7. Changes after publication
Once a position is published as locked, GLINTARY's original record is not deleted or retrospectively rewritten.
If material information emerges later, GLINTARY may append a new time-stamped status such as OPEN, CLOSED — PRICE BELOW THRESHOLD, MARKET UNAVAILABLE, REVIEW, NO NEW ENTRY, POSTPONED, VOID or SETTLED.
A later update does not erase the fact that the original position was published at an earlier time. A user who acted before an update may be in a different situation from a user who viewed the position later.
8. AI-assisted research
GLINTARY may use artificial intelligence, automated agents, statistical models, translation systems, data-processing tools and external information sources to collect, compare, structure or review information.
AI-generated or AI-assisted analysis can contain errors. Material claims should be checked against identified sources and GLINTARY's internal verification process, but no process can eliminate all error.
The use of AI does not transfer legal responsibility to the AI provider and does not establish a separate legal location for the service. GLINTARY and its operator remain responsible for the content they publish.
9. Public beta
GLINTARY may be released as a public beta. During the beta, functionality may be incomplete; records, interfaces, coverage and methodology may evolve; some markets, sports, countries, operators and data fields may not yet be supported; historical records may distinguish between prototype methodology and the current methodology; and services may be changed, suspended or discontinued.
Methodology changes that materially affect performance measurement are versioned and described publicly rather than silently applied to past records.
10. Age and responsible use
GLINTARY is intended for adults aged 21 or older.
GLINTARY does not encourage anyone to gamble, increase a stake, recover losses, borrow money, use essential household funds or treat betting as employment, savings or a solution to financial problems.
Users who choose to bet should only do so where lawful and with money they can afford to lose. Anyone concerned about their gambling behaviour should stop using betting-related content and seek appropriate support. Additional information is available on the GLINTARY Responsible Use page.
11. Jurisdictions and territorial scope
The availability of GLINTARY content does not mean that the service, a paid product, a market, an operator or any use of the information is lawful or available in every jurisdiction.
GLINTARY may restrict access to all or part of the website, registration, alerts, operator-level price information or future paid services in selected countries or territories, using account information, declared country of residence, IP-based country signals, payment information or other proportionate checks.
No part of the website should be interpreted as an active offer of a paid service in a jurisdiction that GLINTARY has designated as unsupported or excluded.
At the initial free informational stage, GLINTARY may make general research content publicly accessible while withholding region-specific execution information, direct operator links or commercial services in unsupported jurisdictions.

The website may refer to third-party sources, leagues, teams, news organisations, market-data providers, social networks or other websites. Third-party content is provided for context and source attribution.
GLINTARY does not control and is not responsible for third-party availability, terms, privacy practices, content, prices, licences, market rules, acceptance decisions or security.
A factual citation or source reference does not, by itself, imply sponsorship, endorsement, affiliation or a commercial relationship.
13. X and other external channels
GLINTARY operates the X account @GlintaryHQ and may link to that account from the website. External platforms are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
Posts on external platforms may be abbreviated and may not contain all limitations, updates or source detail. The corresponding record on glintary.com, including its version and status history, is the fuller GLINTARY record.
14. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, the website design, original written analysis, methodology presentation, databases, verification interfaces, taxonomy, graphics, brand assets and original software are owned by or licensed to the GLINTARY operator and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Users may access and share links to public pages for personal, non-commercial use, and may quote short excerpts with clear attribution and a link to the original page where lawful.
Without prior written permission, users may not reproduce or republish substantial parts of the GLINTARY database; operate a competing feed or paid service using GLINTARY content; scrape the website in a manner that burdens the service or circumvents technical controls; remove attribution, timestamps, verification data or copyright notices; represent GLINTARY research as their own; or use GLINTARY trademarks or visual identity in a misleading manner.
Mandatory legal rights, including lawful quotation, text-and-data-mining exceptions or other statutory exceptions, remain unaffected.
15. Acceptable use
Users must not interfere with the website's operation or security; attempt unauthorised access to systems or non-public records; submit malware or malicious code; manipulate verification tools or evidence records; use the service for unlawful activity; impersonate GLINTARY or its personnel; misrepresent a research position, recorded price, result or update; or use automated access in violation of published technical rules.
16. Availability and changes to the website
GLINTARY may update, correct, suspend, limit or discontinue content or functionality. GLINTARY may correct obvious technical or typographical errors, but historical position records are corrected through transparent versioned notes rather than silently rewritten.
Maintenance, data-provider outages, third-party failures, cyber incidents or circumstances beyond GLINTARY's reasonable control may interrupt availability.
17. Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where exclusion or limitation is prohibited by law, including liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or any mandatory consumer right that cannot lawfully be waived.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GLINTARY and its operator are not liable for losses arising solely from a user's independent decision to place, increase, modify, cash out or refrain from placing a wager; from price changes or rejected wagers; from third-party operator conduct; or from reliance on information after it has been superseded by a visible update.
GLINTARY remains responsible to the extent required by applicable law for its own conduct. These Terms should not be interpreted as excluding mandatory liability or legal remedies.
18. Privacy and cookies
Personal data is processed as described in the GLINTARY Privacy Policy. Cookies and similar technologies are described in the GLINTARY Cookie Policy.
The acceptance of these Terms is not consent to optional cookies or direct marketing. Any consent required for those purposes is requested separately.
19. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by Belgian law, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer rights that may apply.
Where a user is a consumer and GLINTARY directs commercial activities to the country of that consumer's habitual residence, a choice-of-law clause does not deprive the consumer of mandatory protections that would otherwise apply under applicable conflict-of-law rules.
Any exclusive court clause is used only to the extent legally valid. Mandatory consumer jurisdiction rights remain unaffected.
20. Changes to these Terms
GLINTARY may update these Terms to reflect changes to the service, law, technology or business model. The current version and effective date are displayed on this page and every version remains retrievable.
Material changes are not applied retrospectively in a way that alters already published position records or removes accrued mandatory rights.
