1. Controller

The controller for personal data processed through glintary.com is Skylumina GmbH, Horster Park 43, 4731 Raeren, Belgium. Contact: hello@glintary.com.

2. What we process and why

Website access: our hosting provider processes technical connection data (IP address, user agent, requested page, timestamp) in server logs to deliver the site securely. Legal basis: legitimate interest in operating and securing the website.

Region selection: if you choose a region, one cookie (gl_jurisdiction) stores that choice. During the public beta this setting is stored but not used to personalise operator information. Legal basis: your request.

Morning Brief: if you sign up, we store your email address, preferences, chosen jurisdiction, consent state, consent timestamp, consent text version and the privacy-policy version in force. Emails are sent only after you confirm a double opt-in and only once an email provider is configured. Legal basis: consent, which you may withdraw at any time.

Analyst dashboard: authenticated analysts hold a session cookie (gl_admin_session). This is not used for visitors.

3. What we do not do

We do not load advertising pixels, the Meta Pixel, the X conversion pixel, cross-site behavioural tracking, session recording or third-party analytics during the public beta. No optional cookies are set. We do not infer your location from your IP address to personalise betting operators.

4. Processors and hosting

Hosting infrastructure is provided through Hostinger. Server region: Frankfurt, Germany. An email delivery provider will be named here before the Morning Brief is activated. No other processors are used.

5. Retention

Server logs are retained by the hosting provider for the period stated in its documentation and are not used for profiling. Morning Brief records are retained until you unsubscribe or withdraw consent; on withdrawal the record is marked revoked and the address is no longer used. Public research records contain no personal data of visitors.

6. Your rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and object to processing, and withdraw consent at any time, by contacting hello@glintary.com. You may lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

7. International transfers

Where a processor is located outside the European Economic Area, an appropriate transfer mechanism is documented before that processor is used. None is in use during the public beta beyond the hosting provider named above.

8. Changes

Changes to this policy are versioned. Every published version remains retrievable from the legal history page.
